It's a sales process that allows someone to browse your website in search of information that solves their problem. But, with the help of specific tools, you can be able to establish a relationship with each visitor.

This will allow you to know the wants and needs of each visitor. This will enable you to provide the most relevant information to all your users. When you have gained a visitor's trust, that visitor will feel more comfortable purchasing products. The customer becomes the visitor.

Many customers eventually become extremely loyal customers and will purchase almost anything your website sells. Marketing funnels are a compilation of all the steps involved in converting a website visitor to a customer who will buy anything you offer.
